Due to the high volume of over 180 missed phone calls dating back to May we cannot possibly call everyone back. There are a great number of people who need appointments, and we will try our very best to get back with everyone who contacts us!

Rosalina gave birth to her baby girl at 8:29am this morning. The labor and delivery process went very smoothly. However, a few hours later she experienced excessive bleeding and required a procedure to remove a small piece of the placenta membrane and larger clotting in her uterus.
She will be undergoing a blood transfusion soon and will require extended rest. She wishes to keep everyone updated due to her inability to reschedule all appointments for tomorrow and Saturday, as her health issues progressed rapidly.
Her husband will be sending text messages in the morning to reschedule or cancel any remaining appointments who wish to do so.
Please keep Rosalina and her family in your thoughts and prayers. Thank you all for consistently showing genuine support & concern for her and her family. She often expresses how proud and grateful she is to have such wonderful relationships with her clients and your pets. She loves you all so very much. ❤️‍🩹

I didn’t know there was anything wrong……..

How often do you visit your vet with your dog – every year for his/her booster jab?

Your dog visits the groomer every 6 to 8 weeks for a bath, trim, and tidy.
But sometimes, they leave with something even more important than a fresh look-a warning sign you didn’t know was there.

Dog groomers aren’t vets, and they don’t pretend to be.
But they’re often the first person to notice when something’s not quite right.
A lump under the skin.
A sore spot under the leg.

Let me start this post off by saying that I truly appreciate all of my clients who understand and respect the way that I run my grooming business.
Grooming is an industry that requires special safety & observation skills, knowledge of behavior & anatomy, great physical ability, patience, understanding compassion and so much more.
Due to a few encounters (some very negative) we’ve had in the past 2 months during our check in or check out process, l would just like to remind my reoccurring and future clients that we do have policies and fees that were set in place back in September of 2024. We hold each and every owner to the same standards and accountability to continue providing safe, successful, and timely services.
Thank you all so much for your continued support of our local business! We love your pets (family) so much! ❤️🐾
