If you’re looking for a good-looking buckskin with a kind mind and plenty of potential, take a look at Tim!
This 6-year-old gelding has around 90 days of arena work and has already built a solid resume outside. He’s been used doctoring cattle, ponying c**ts, branding, guiding dude strings, and covering difficult terrain. Tim is gentle as they come, a total puppy dog on the ground, and the kind of horse that’s just plain enjoyable to have around.

He’ll watch a cow and is showing plenty of ability to make a rope horse, but with his mind, athleticism, and versatility, he could go just about any direction!

If you’re looking for the ultimate little babysitter, Blackie is your guy! “Noche,” or “Blackie” as the boys call him, is the kind of mini every family hopes to find. He’s trusted with a 5-year-old and a 3-year-old, happily packing them all over the ranch, through water crossings, and loading up with ease.

He’s affectionate, easy to be around, and loves his job of taking care of the kids. While he can get a little stud-ish around other horses from time to time, he’s always kind and respectful with people. The Sundance Select Horse Sale features a hand-picked offering of family-friendly ranch and performance horses, with buyers able to preview, test ride, and purchase quality horses from across the West. This year’s sale takes place August 28–29 in Sundance, WY.
