Please please please check schedules, and make sure your upcoming appointments are looking good for now. I try to be so lenient and understanding, but it’s really causing scheduling problems. I appreciate the ones who have been hanging in there with me on scheduling, as I am grooming full time and doing every bit of the scheduling as well. We are a very small business trying to remain successful, just three girls doing our best! ❤️
Cancellations - Clients please read!
Please please please check your schedules we have sent out and make sure your upcoming date(s) are good as of now. We have had so many night before/day of cancellations over the past few weeks. This just puts so much extra work on me trying to fill spots late at night & the day of. After an 8-10 hour day of work, another hour is spent preparing for the next day. This includes sending out individual courtesy reminders to everyone. Emergencies happen and that is 100% understandable and excusable, so please don’t get me wrong. We are exceptionally easy to work with when needing to reschedule in a timely manner, all we ask for is a 24 hour notice. A no show or last minute cancellation on your first appointment with us will not be rebooked. After more than two in a row or an excessive amount in general, we will be forced to cancel future appointments. This is unfortunately the only way we are able to keep business flowing as smoothly as possible. No show and late cancellation fees are still in place as well, and will be the same as usual (1/2 of scheduled service). Bills and employees still have to be paid at the end of the day no matter what. We truly appreciate everyone that understands. ❤️
