We are a small homestead located in Spartanburg SC, we currently focus on black copper marans, blue copper marans, splash marans, light brahmas, olive eggers and Easter Eggers. Any deposit or payment is taken as an agreement to our ADOPTION policy below.
�A nonrefundable deposit of 1/2 is required to hold your rabbit. Once a deposit is made on a bunny it can not be moved to another rabbit of you
r liking, unless something happens to the rabbit in my care, that you have placed a deposit on.. Deposit are accepted the day you inquire about the bunny, you will have 30 minutes after inquiring about the bunny to place a deposit, after this time if there is not a deposit made, I will move to the next person interested.. Remaining balance is due upon pick up. I only accept friends and family option on PayPal or cash app or cash at pick up.
�If something should happen to a rabbit you put a deposit on in my care, the deposit can then be transferred to another one. Otherwise once a deposit is placed on a particular rabbit, that deposit stays or is forfeited.
�All rabbits are sold on a first come, first serve bases. I will do a waiting list but you have to put 1/2 hold fee in order to be on the waiting list.
�I have the right to refuse or cancel any ADOPTION ! Any ADOPTION So please understand this part before paying a rabbit completely off!
�All rabbits to our knowledge are healthy upon leaving the rabbitry. We are not responsible for any vet fees once a rabbit leaves our rabbitry. Please look over your rabbit upon pick up.
�We do our best to check genders on all baby rabbits. It can be quite difficult to check and though it's pretty accurate, mistakes can happen. Please check your rabbits upon pickup. Should a mistake happen and be caught upon pickup deposit can be moved over to another. Once they leave, you are accepting the rabbit as is and payment can not be transferred.
�We are a CLOSED rabbitry. I will meet on the gas station on my exit, pm for address. I will only drive 20 minutes away from my house, if needed to go further there will be a fee added.
�Please make sure you bring a carrier when picking up your new rabbit.
�Baby rabbits are very sensitive to stress and food change. To help a small bag of transition food will be provided with your rabbit to ensure an easy transition to your food of choice, if it is not the same as ours. We feed Tucker Milling Nature Crest Non GMO!! we get it from our feed store.
�If you wish to get rid of the rabbit, I will gladly take any rabbit back that was purchased from us if you no longer want or can care for it. NO REFUND will be given.
� Please don’t share my pictures of my rabbits without my permission! If you do share please post my rabbitry as credit!
� If I have to hold a baby past 8 weeks and it’s not because it’s waiting for transportation there will be a holding fee required to hold! The fee is to be discussed between us it will be based on how long passed 8 weeks old I will be holding your bunny for.
