Four weeks ago, I lost the dog who changed my life. Today, I’m taking the first step toward honoring her legacy by creating The Harley Quinn Pet Aid Foundation. Our mission is simple: help families facing emergency veterinary expenses so no one has to face impossible decisions alone.
If Harley Quinn’s story touches your heart, please follow and share our page as we begin this journey.
The Harley Quinn Pet Aid Foundation was born from the love of one extraordinary dog.
Harley Quinn came into my life in 2019 and changed it forever. To some, she was just a Cane Corso. To me, she was so much more. She was my best friend, my shadow, my protector, my comfort, and the one constant presence who loved me unconditionally through every season of life.
She greeted me at the door, sat beside me during my hardest days, and never once made me question whether I was loved. She was my safe place.
For nearly six in half years, Harley Quinn gave me a love that many people spend their entire lives searching for. A love that was loyal, unwavering, and pure.
Then, on May 24, 2026, I lost her.
The grief that followed was unlike anything I had ever experienced. My home felt empty. My routines changed. The silence was deafening. Not a single day has passed without me thinking about her.
But along with the heartbreak came something else: a realization.
No pet owner should ever have to face impossible decisions because of money. No family should have to wonder whether they can afford to save the companion they love. No one should ever be forced to choose between financial hardship and the life of their best friend.
I know that pain firsthand.
That is why I created the Harley Quinn Pet Aid Foundation.
This foundation exists to help families facing emergency veterinary expenses, to provide hope during moments of crisis, and to keep beloved pets where they belong with the people who love them.
Harley Quinn’s story does not end with her passing. Her legacy will live on through every family helped, every pet kept in a loving home, and every person reminded that they are not alone when facing one of life’s most difficult moments.
People often say, “It’s just a dog.”
But anyone who has loved a dog like Harley Quinn knows the truth.
Sometimes the greatest love of your life shows up on four paws instead of two.
This foundation is my promise that her life mattered, her love mattered, and her legacy will continue helping others long after she is gone.
Forever loved. Forever missed. Forever Harley Quinn. 💔💔
