Blessed With Pets "Blessed With Pets" is my little side hobby online shop. When I'm not busy doing volunteer work for Hello! My name is Megan. Please add the rescue on Facebook.

Blessed With Pets is more of a little side hobby for me. I stay extremely busy running our animal rescue. I enjoy crafting though and love being able to make people smile. I hope at some point you find an item on here that brings back a memory for you, makes a great gift for a friend, or just an item that brings you joy. Either way you will be supporting our rescue at the same time which is awesom

e. Plus- I dont work because I'm busy volunteering to help animals. So it's just a way for me to bring in some side change per say while doing something I enjoy. Rockers Rescue- Northwest La is our page. We are 100% volunteer and help both dogs and kitties as able. Location is around Shreveport, Louisiana. We utilize loving foster homes to save animals in need. We get them healthy and get to know them so that we can find their perfect forever home. We function fully on kind donations from people when they are able. We do complete vetting, microchip our pets, and love them dearly. A percentage of any sales via Blessed with Pets is donated to the rescue. If you want to look at our website it is www.rockersrescue.org Thanks so much! Item #16 - Summer Silent Auction Fundraiser

Custom pet necklace! Work one on one with our rescue director to design your custom pet necklace. Send pictures, we will pick background colors together, you pick shape/chain color. We are excited to offer this in our auction! Your image we design will be under a glass dome. You also have the option of the black waxed chain shown in the prior images. Extra picture in comments showing a previous one made. Bid fur a cause!

READ ALL 3 RULES:

(1) BID RULES:
Bidding is OPEN as soon as the item is posted. Bidding will END on Sunday, August 7th at 1pm CST by my computer. Bidding is to be done in the comments of the image. Bidding must be in increments of at least $1.

(2) DONATION RULES:
At the END of auction: We will comment each winner under the image and attempt to message them. The winner will have until 10am on August 10th to pay, let us know pick up or shipping, and give their shipping address if needed. After that time, we will move on to the next bidder if we are unable to reach the winner or receive the donation. Donation will be made on our website via card or paypal.

(3) PICK UP RULES: Pay for shipping or pick up local. Local pick up is at HOLLYWOOD FEED in Shreveport. You will have 2 weeks to pick up, from the day we notify you that your item has been delivered. If you do not pick up by the 2 week date, the item will be offered to the next bidder. We cannot do refunds so please get your items within the allotted time frame. We do this as a courtesy to our volunteers, as well as to be thoughtful to our pick up location's space and time. We do send bulk reminders... the sooner you pick up, the easier for us. Also, Hollywood Feed will be giving an extra little pet goodie to those picking up local with them!

Hello out there! We haven't posted on this page in a LONG time. I did sell some items via my personal page though. I would have people reach out wanting to order. I decided to get some items listed up again. I have been painting recently and want to try incorporating that into some domed jewelry. Plus there are other techniques out there that I think are neat. I decided to try learning some! There's no since in me "wishing" I can do something, when I can learn and try to make it happen. So I'm just going to play around and have fun. I've ordered some more neat pet themed charms too.

A percentage of proceeds will still go to our non profit rescue, Rockers Rescue. When we last sold we raised probably close to $150 for the rescue! That's awesome.

My goal is really just to have fun. Plus give the pet lovers some fun stuff to enjoy. I will work on updating the albums. Wish me luck! 😆 If you see anything you want, just hollar at me -Megan

I'm so behind on adding pictures of available items, but I expected that from the get go! haha.
Right now I'm working on getting pictures of some items we were wanting to do a silent auction with for the rescue. Instead I think we will do an online auction!
These are Handmade Halloween/Fall items so stay tuned!

What is Blessed With Pets?

"Blessed With Pets" is a small online shop (currently via Facebook) donating a percentage of all proceeds to the creator's non-profit animal rescue, Rockers Rescue -Northwest La.

With time, Blessed With Pets plans to offer not only items for pet lovers, but items in memory of pets that have passed away. With Rockers Rescue, we have been a stepping stone for many animals and we know the pain of losing that member of the family. We still feel the grief from pets we knew only for hours, that touched our hearts. We hope to provide a small piece of comfort to pet owners that are feeling that pain.

Along with the shops items that donate a portion of all proceeds, Blessed With Pets also plans to list the Rockers Rescue's items that donate ALL proceeds to the rescue.

We don't expect Blessed With Pets to be huge. After all, the creator is busy running the rescue and enjoying time with her daughter. We just expect to spread a few smiles to people that love animals and want to support a good cause in their purchase.
