Country Christmas Tree Farm and Gifts is a family owned operation located in Greenwood, MI just 4 miles east of Yale, MI. Ed and Theresa Shephard, along with their daughters, Bethany and Andrea, started the farm in 1997 by planting 2,000 trees, and have continued to plant many trees every year since then. They have been providing thousands of families since 2006 the opportunity to experience their own country Christmas. A day at Country Christmas Tree Farm includes wagon rides, hot chocolate, a gift shop filled with crafts and wreaths and cutting your own fresh Christmas tree. The family experience is topped off with a professional free family photo by T. Dalton Photography on an antique sleigh, sitting around a warm fireplace in the gift shop, or other creative settings! The farm offers various Christmas tree species to choose from. Cut your own Christmas tree in the field or pick the perfect pre-cut tree out front. The various breeds to cut range from spruces and firs. Pre-cut trees include firs and pine. Free Christmas tree shaking, wrapping, and drilling is provided along with free hot cocoa or coffee and the much desired popcorn ball!
