These 3 girls have a great friendship not with just each other but with their HORSES as well!! They walked around the arena holding hands and letting go of the reins to trust their horse! Proud to see how far these 3 beautiful young ladies have come and proud mama of 3 amazing horses! ❤️

Thank you Liza and Libby Adventures for picking our Riding Center to give an awesome book about a young girl and her horse, to a lucky winner in both of our horse camps! Below is winners from horse camp #1.

These two cowgirl sisters received book one of the "Liza and Libby Adventure Series" after attending horse camp with Kami Layne of Liberty Layne Riding Center in South Carolina. Miss Lucy and Miss Meri will be sharing this book as they enjoy reading about the adventures of Liza and Libby!

Horse camp #2 Last day of horse camp is always a sad one, loved spending time with the horses, chickens and especially making new friends. This morning we all worked together to set the arena up while others were getting horses brushed and bathed for the show! The horse show was awesome and they all did a great job, so proud of these girls!

Tomorrow is our last day of horse camp! We are doing our horse show for parents and family! Starts at noon followed by pizza party and awards! These sweet girls worked really hard and super excited about the show!

Horse camp 2 Day 3! It was a hot one today over 100, we still got some riding in but it felt good to take a swim in the pool. My helpers Bella & Jordyn did a great job going over parts of horse & western saddle. We had some fun cleaning stalls before it got to hot.

Horse camp #2 day 2! God created these beautiful horses not only to ride but they can feel, sense all of our emotions, when we are sad, depressed, happy and in pain. Horses can bring happiness to one’s life - We learned today that God knows us better then we know ourselves. We can be honest and real with him, he can help us get through the hard times in life! God loves us and wants to be our friend. ❤️ At horse camp we made new friends, became friends with the horses (trust) and most importantly have A friendship with God!

Today was the first day of Horse camp #2. They learned Grooming, tacking, fed the horses & chickens, balance using the barrel, got some saddle time and finished the hot day with some pool time!

We want to thank all the students that came out to Horse Camp this year! It was a blast! The horses will Miss being spoiled and all the extra cookies they got this past week! Thank you Parents & grandparents for bringing them all wk to LLRC and being a part of their big day at the fun show! You have no idea what that meant to them & how excited & nervous they were to show you all what they have learned. Great group of kids!!

Horse camp day #5! We finished up the week with a fun show for the family.
So proud of Meri Emma for starting us out with the National anthem! She has really stepped up this week with trotting Blue while holding the flag. Meri Emma has grown so much confidence from the first time I met her! I thank God everyday for having this wonderful horse Blue that has helped so many to ride and believe in themselves! I cried watching Meri Emma riding Blue to National Anthem it was absolutely beautiful. 💕💕💕

Day #4 horse camp!! Today was learning to carry a flag while riding the horse! Not always as easy as your think. These girls worked hard on drill team patterns ( keeping your horse even pace going around the arena) they can’t wait to show off their horse riding skills tomorrow for their family!

Jordyn’s been super helpful during Horse camp, helping the younger kids and pitching in when needed. Her happy place is on a horse. This week I challenged her to ride other horses besides “good ole Blue”! So I put her on my husband’s competition horse Louie (which made her day) (Yes I’d probably hold the saddle horn too riding Louie lol 😂) but her took good care of her.
Jordyn has definitely blossomed since the first time I met her. If you don’t believe in horse therapy…..then you don’t know what your missing.
I thank God for these little blessings

Horse camp day #3! “Be strong and courageous”Having horses (animals) isn’t always fun it can be a lot of work. We all worked hard today cleaning stalls, cleaning the arena, feeding all the chickens, before we rode! Plus they all tacked and untacked the horses without my help today!! Proud of all my campers.

Horse camp day 2 was a success! Some learned to trot independently, others conquered their fear and learned to lope. Ended the hot day with a cool dip in the pool.
