SMART ROOSTER COGBURN x HALLMARKS GLAMOR GAL by SR HALLMARKED (NCHA $60,829)

Hulio is an handy, easygoing guy who’s done a bit of everything. He loves to work a cow and has placed in the ranch sorting pen but is happy to enter rail classes or hit a trail as well.

He has a big stop and is fun and handy to ride. He has a great turnaround, side passes, flexes both ways, and is very soft and responsive.

He has been ridden by both of my experienced children (12 & 8 ). He is great but I would recommend that beginner children are supervised or working with a trainer because of his age.

He loves to work the flag and live cattle. He has been used to introduce youth riders to cattle. He will ride up or down depending on his rider.

He has been shown in horsemanship and rail classes at local shows and did great in the environment.

I have roped and drug the dummy on him.

Hulio is also great on the trails. He has gone overnight camping and stayed tied all night on the high line. He has packed saddle bags full of cans and loud speakers, and didn’t mind the dog riding double on his behind He is also hobble trained. I have ridden him ba****ck, in a halter, and in the dark.

He has been ridden through town and does not mind traffic, loud sounds, or riding in the dark. He has been introduced to gunfire and fireworks.

He loads well, is a perfect gentleman for the farrier, stands tied, and is perfect on the ground. He gets along with geldings and mares in the pasture.

He has a puppy dog personality and he comes up to be caught in the field. He puts his nose right into the halter to be caught.

I have been working with Hulio for 6 months now and it’s his time to find his person. He’s been a joy to spend time with and watch him turn into a fun little athletic gelding.

UTD on everything.

I made an updated video for Hulio because his old one must have not done him justice or this guy would be gone already. This little guy is so much fun!

The kids ( 12 and 8 ) both took him for a spin today and he took care of them both! He will ride up and is quick & fun for a more advanced rider or will ride down and babysit a timid rider.

Hulio is great on trails or in the arena. He has been overnight camping and has been exposed to machinery, parades, wagons, and more. He will cross water and logs with no hassle.

He loves working cattle and has placed in ranch sorting and rail classes at local fun shows.

All he needs now is his new person. 🖤

This is our current roster of horses available!

I just saw a really cool idea from a trainer where he goes live with the horses to show them digitally to interested parties.

We’ve had countless messages, calls, and texts over these horses but we understand that with the price of diesel it’s a risk to come look at first in person.

Would there be any interest in any of these on a Facebook live? We could show confirmation, tacking up, and riding.

Let us know which horse(s) or types of horses that you’d like to see!

All I want for Christmas is alfalfa, feed, and diesel fuel. ⛽️ 🎄

I’ve received quite a few inquiries about Junior from earlier posts.

He’s currently healing up from a recent hoof abscess,

We’re giving him a break and letting his sole harden back up right now before he is available but you’ll see updates very soon!

TAG LIL REY (aka El Hefe) hanging with the guys in the shop. 🔧🔨

He’s working on manners, groundwork, and being socialized and handled before he’s started his two year old year.

Handling your c**ts early and turning them into respectful citizens makes starting them so much more of a pleasant and productive experience for them AND for your c**t starters.

Pm us if you need some help with your c**ts before they’re so big you regret not doing it before they drag you across the field! 😂

There are only a couple horses that I’ve let Piper do this kind of nonsense with, and Yella Dog is one of them.

Yella Dog’s current little boy has decided he prefers to use his pony so he is looking for his new kid to take care of. He has been with the same extended family teaching kids his whole life.

Yella Dog has put in miles and miles on trails. He is patterned on barrels and poles and enjoys working cattle.

He is an older horse (15) that has done lots of work on his day. Like most good ones he will need maintenance (hocks) to feel his best. When injected he gets around great and has lots and lots of life left to give. Please do not inquire if you are not willing to maintain an older horse.

We take the horses out on the trails year round, but this time of year is by far the most pleasant!

Miss Moonlit Cat and Hallmarks Hulio put the miles in this weekend at Wranglers Camp. They went from parades, to trails, to trick or overseeing the trick or treating.

These two 3–year olds continue to impress me each day! They both have their strengths and are very different, but I still wish I could keep them both because they’re so different. 👀

Our service is terrible at camp, so if I missed your messages over the weekend please reach out again. Preferably through message because comments get lost. Thanks! 🖤
