It's amazing how tough these jokers are. This deer bedded down within 100 yards. R***r chased him through a pond and prolly another 1k yards and finally come back saying he ain't hurt bad enough. And I guess he was right

Yall get to read all the good but im gone give yall the bad too. This one makes me sick to my stomach. We tried to track this deer nov 29th.
We get to the field. It's pitch black dark. Not a drop of blood or hair anywhere. Couldn't even find tracks where he left the field. (Huge field) We worked where he thought he was, and the way he thought he went. R***r just wouldn't go. Wish I could do it over I would make r***r check the other end of the field so we could recover this deer. They stumbled upon him about 100 yards out the plot this week! I Blame myself more than r***r bc I only tried that side of the field. Hope this is the only one. But if you find one behind us we would like to know so we don't make the same mistake twice!!!

Finished the year on a good night. Thanks for all the calls, referrals, and everyone that trusted us to find their trophy this year. We found 65 deer this season and I couldn't be more proud of this 2 year old pup. R***r really showed out! Not sure if he's tired or not but I know I am!!!! He's got a shower and asleep already!
