We had a client yesterday that didn’t want to pay and has now began bashing our hospital name because they could not charge routine spays.

If you look and most any reviews you will see bad reviews are typically by those that didn’t want to pay and wanted to charge services.

We have one of the Best reputations in the state for compassion and quality care.

We are here to provide the highest quality care available to our patients. We are however a business with 12 employees that have to be compensated weekly.
We would love to be non-profit, but that’s not possible.

There is an extremely high overhead taking care of patients.
There seems to be a misconception that everyone should be allowed to charge their services.
We can’t run a business on charge accounts.
We have made and occasionally make exceptions, especially unexpected illness.

Clients need to expect to provide payment when services are rendered for any elective procedures.

We look forward to to serving patients with the same quality care and compassion.
