Sad sad day at our house….
I am very sad to say we had to put sweet Daisy, our oldest golden doodle and Mom to Lilly, one of Daisy's pups that we kept, to sleep this afternoon after being diagnosed with probable cancer and a bleeding spleen late this morning. We decided to try her at home with pain meds as surgery was not an option for multiple reasons.
…..Daisy enjoyed a peaceful afternoon on the deck looking out towards ocean, but went downhill with difficulty breathing and moaning so we promptly returned to vet in order ease her pain despite us selfishly wanting to keep her around.
Daisy was an amazing Mom to 12 pups and an amazing family member!💔💔💔💔🐶🐶🐶🐶. I hope most of you who got one of the 12 pups still have one of her pups and are enjoying them as a special family member.
