AKC Agility League - Agility League Championships will be in Raleigh NC in Nov 2026. Summer session is the last season to qualify for this year's ALC. We will run 1 Regulation Freshman Team, 1 Regulation Senior Team that will be no pressure/training group & 1 Regulation Senior Team that will running for fast clean scores. We will do PhD team practices appox once a month this summer & into fall to help prepare those who want to make a PhD team at the ALC.

Right now league will run in an unfenced field in Williamston. We have traditionally run on Mon nights but are open to adjustments if a different night would work better for most.

We hope everyone had a fun time like Dahlia! Great courses from Darryl Warren & Joel Basa and Dan had fun designing the Ripple cup. Huge thanks to all our volunteers who kept everything running smoothly.

Unfortunately there are a lot of items in L&F from water bowl to harness to chair, etc, etc. Msg a description if you're missing something & we'll coordinate getting it back to you if it's in the box.

Mark your calendars for Oct 22-25, 2026 for the next PACU trial with Roger O'Sullivan & Dawn Glaser-Falk.

Set up starts Thurs at 3:00 pm. We're happy to have plenty of help & to fill in on the volunteer board for the weekend.

Hotels are filling up on the March trial weekend. Group rate at the Best Western in Clemson will close on Wed Feb 18, 2026. Make your reservations early if you're planning to join us for a fun weekend.

Happy New Year!

We have a club meeting coming up next Wednesday, Jan 7, 2026 at 6:30 at the Greenville County Library on Pelham Road in the Meeting Room.

Dues are due. If you did not receive the message from Beverly Stewart about a month or so ago, please contact her at grayacres AT charter DOT net for info on renewing.

If anyone would like to kick off the new year with some agility practice, the Haddy field will be open this afternoon 1-4 for run thrus. $10 for 2 runs, $5 each additional run. The field is not fenced for those who have not been. Dead end road out in the country. Message me if you need address.

Our October agility trial was a success and included the inaugural Mary Kay Keenan Cup to honor one of our founding members. The team event featured dogs from Novice through Masters. We raised $900 for Hemangiosarcoma research!!!!
