Hello all!! With an increase in cancellations and no shows lately, I’ve decide to change my policy. I now require a 48 hour notice to cancel an appointment. Failure to do so will result in a fee of half of the grooming price. A less than 24 hour notice or a no show will result in a fee of the full grooming price. I hope you all understand! 💞🐶
