We’re kicking off each month with a little extra love!

For ONE WEEK at the beginning of every month, the adoption fee will be WAIVED for 6 featured dogs!

That means six deserving pups will have an even bigger opportunity to find their forever families—and all they need is for someone to see just how special they are.

🐾RESCUE TAKES A VILLAGE🐾

Five rescues. 20 dogs. One mission: to give them a second chance.

When we learned about a hoarding situation involving 18 dogs, four rescue organizations came together to help get these dogs to safety. Dutchess County SPCA , Take Me Home Pet Rescue NY The Incredible Pups Pet Rescue and Hudson Paws Dog Rescue Among them were 11 tiny, 6-week-old puppies and 6 teenage pups, all in need of love, care, and a fresh start.

Our rescue was able to take 3 of the dogs, and then another incredible rescue, Happy Life Animal Rescue stepped up to take 2 of those 3 dogs into their care. That is what rescue is all about— helping each other, sharing the load, and doing whatever it takes to save lives.

It takes a village. It takes rescues willing to say yes, fosters willing to open their homes, volunteers willing to show up, and a community willing to support these animals every step of the way.

Five rescues came together, 18 dogs were given a chance, and because everyone was willing to help, these pups now have a brighter future ahead. No rescue can do it alone, but together, we can do so much more.

Rescue takes a village, and we are so grateful for ours.

Dogs are so much more than pets, they’re family. They’re by our side through the happiest moments, the hardest days, and everything in between. They give us unconditional love, comfort, companionship, and a reason to smile every single day.

Did you know? Today is NATIONAL NONPROFIT DAY!!
National Nonprofit Day is observed annually on August 17 to recognize the positive impact of charitable organizations and the staff, volunteers, and donors that support them. It honors the “change-makers of the world”! Just over a year ago we were awarded our official NonProfit Determination…after months of hard work, the letter arrived - rejoicing!
