Welcome to the pack, Pippi.

Very short version…An older couple ran a huge farm in Southern Kentucky.
Wife had a stroke.
He decided to liquidate their farm, all animals, and move into the long term care facility to be with her 24-7.

He took Pippi to a wonderful large LGD rescue to find her a good home.

She’s 3 1/2. …they had her since she was a lil’ puppy. We adopted her today.

The owner of the rescue stated that he bawled and bawled when dropping her off. This dog meant the world to them. Asked that whoever adopted her, if they wouldn’t mind, to send him pictures of Pippi and her journey….

Well…. Def going to be a Penpal to this sweet ol’ farmer…

We love her already.

Now feeding 3 massive LGD dogs….The things I get myself into. 🤣
