As I have been putting off enforcing cancellations/no show fees, it has unfortunately gotten out of hand. Just in the past two weeks we have had 15 last minute cancellations/no shows. As we understand it is cold and you may not want to get out first thing in the morning, we depend on our scheduled appointments. New cancellation/no show/late policy. Please take the time to read.

Whilst i understand that sometimes appointments have to be cancelled in an emergency, i do ask that you give me at least 24 hours notice where possible, prior to appointment cancellation, as this gives me a chance to fill the grooming appointment.
Failure to do so may incur in a 50% fee prior to your next grooming appointment
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, i may not be able to perform your scheduled grooming services and you may need to reschedule your appointment so that i can stay on schedule with other clients. If you no call no show two times you will be charged 100% of your scheduled appointment.

A missed appointment is a loss of income to a small business 🐶 🐾
Once we call/message that your dog/cat is ready we ask that they are picked up within 30 minutes of that message, unless we have an already arranged pickup time. If your dog/cat isn’t picked up within the 30 minutes we will charge a daycare fee of $20.
