Today as I walk out of here for the last time I leave behind 22 years of being the Doggie Day Spa.🥹
A business I started in my laundry room of my house with my baby boys in tow.
I worked hard building my little business and have enjoyed every minute of it.
Here’s to moving on to start a new chapter as The Barking Lot Greenbrier!

She loves meeting all the new dogs and getting to know each one individually. She is in college and enjoys spending time doing her sorority things!! •Jade is a hound hustler and has worked for Laurinda at the doggie day spa for 3 years!! She has loved working with all the dogs and is so excited to meet more!! She graduates college soon and we will be losing her but we hope she still stops by and say hi!! She has 2 dogs, mavis and maverick who come with her to play! When she’s not working or going to school Jade loves to hike, binge watch tv shows and go to the gym!!

•Saylor is one of our newest employees and so far she has rocked it!! She will be in the yards, playing with and taking care of all the pups!! Saylor loves all animals and enjoys riding horses during her free time. A fun fact about Saylor is that her family has a 21 year old golden retriever she’s had since she was 2!! Crazy!! •Josh is one of our “hound hustlers” or really just someone who is in the yard, taking care of dogs and making sure everyone is loved on and played with!! Josh has worked for Laurinda for 2 years and has a wonderful way with dogs. He loves the dogs and the dogs love him. He’s does a great job taking pictures and cleans like no one else can!! Josh will treat and love your dogs like they are his own!! His family is very active in rescue work and they always have fosters they are helping along in their journey. He can’t wait to continue playing with the dogs at the new location!!

•Jay is our groomer who is accepting new clients!! 👏🏼 Jay LOVES doodles and grooming them so bring them on!! He is married to Julianne and they have a fur child named Elphie. She is a golden retriever and will be a regular around here!! Jay has been around animals his entire life and loves spending his day with dogs. In their free time Jay and his wife love to play board games. Jay has groomed at a local chain grooming facility and is excited to branch out and work with us at TBL. He is ready to see all your fur children and spoil them with a spa day!!

-Laurinda Ray-

•Laurinda is one of the owners at The Barking Lot Greenbrier, she is also a groomer!! We think she’s the best around 😉 Laurinda is married to Michael and they have 4 kids! All their kids are grown so they have fur children now to fill their “empty nest”. She has 6 personal dogs and 3 cats. You will see some of her dogs around TBL so be sure and say hi!! Laurinda has been grooming for 31 years so she knows her stuff if ya know what I mean. Laurinda is passionate about rescue work and has fostered 143 dogs since she started in 2019. Yes- you read that right 143. Pretty much she’s an angel on earth. We need more people like her. A fun fact about Laurinda is that she’s British!! You’d never know now but she was born there and moved over when she was younger!! Laurinda is so excited to start this new adventure and continue to give the same amazing care to her current clients and get to meet and love new clients!!

•Dawn is one of the Owners at The Barking Lot Greenbrier. She has 3 fur children, 2 yorkies- Jax and Stella, and River a golden retriever. She’s married to Chad and they have 3 kids. Dawn loves all the paper work 😆 and is all business. She loves all dogs but has a soft spot for the smaller dogs. In her free time she loves finding vintage pieces and helping Chad with his business. She’s worked in the pet world for many, many years so if you have any type of dog question she’s your girl. Dawn can’t wait to meet all the new friends and see old friends too!!

✨Meet Our Team✨

-Bethany Hurley-

•Bethany is one of the owners of The Barking Lot Greenbrier. She absolutely loves all types of animals, dogs are her absolute favorite. Bethany is married to Mitch and they have 4 human children, 4 dogs, 2 cats and then a whole lot of other animals. 😆 You will see her all over the place - front desk, out in the yard, taking pictures, giving baths. She does all the things. In her free time (just kidding she doesn’t really have any) she is tending to her farm animals, running kids around or toting dogs to and from. Very rarely will you ever see her without a kid or animal. She’s passionate about rescue work and thinks all dogs should be treated like family members. Luna, her chocolate lab comes to daycare regularly and will be a staple around here! She loves to chit chat, mainly about animals, so if you see her stop her and say hi!! She cant wait to meet all her new fur friends and their humans too!
