Congratulations to Dash, Cosmo, Mo, Max, Selkie, & their owners! They braved the unpredictability of a late NOV-DEC Basic Obedience Course and graduated with grace! As a group, we worked on loose-leash walking, maneuvering around cones and each other. Selkie is not pictured here but we’re making arrangements to capture her in another class. The very first iteration of Advanced Obedience concluded this month! Congratulations to Ayo, Honey, Miel, Pepper, Simba, & Sirius - all of whom had attended the Basic Obedience course. We learned a few new skills - including emergency stop, long-distance sit, and go-to-mat. We also spent a lot of time on impulse control exercises, requiring our dogs to sit as we subjected them to each other and children. Yes, children! This was a particularly fun course for me so I am especially disappointed that I forgot to take photos!

Congratulations to Ayo, Coco, Pepper, Raven, and their owners! They just completed Basic Obedience at the park in the middle of July. We spent some time practicing good loose-leash walking skills by walking in a figure 8 pattern around our classmates. I am very proud of this group because they showed tremendous progress!
