Mom Kathie Giesen is making my food for the month:

Lots of protein: beef liver, chuck roast, ground beef, ground lamb, ground turkey, chicken breast, chicken gizzards, liver, hearts, unsalted beef broth with black pepper and turmeric
Then the veggies: sweet potatoes, carrots, zucchini, peas, broccoli
And the rest: brown rice, blueberries, Greek yogurt, pumpkin, kale, eggs (w/shell)
Oils: salmon, almond, flax seed and ground flax seed

We are now selling at the market here at Bonelli Bluffs RV Park. We have teamed up with Logan’s Legacy to help homeless and injured dogs. A portion of all sales will help these dogs in need.
