Vision~ The public will enjoy and endorse rats as awesome pets. Pet stores will no longer sell rats as feeders or pets. Feeding live animals will be illegal in all states. The Green Bay and surrounding area Humane Societies will recognize rats as being wanted and will inform The Rainbow Heart Rat Ridge of any rat intakes.The RHRR will provide their home until adopted into their new homes or remain

at RHRR until they go to their forever home after crossing The Rainbow Bridge. ~The place before the Rainbow Bridge is the Rainbow Heart Rat Ridge! ~
