I’ve decided that I’m going to start massaging for the public again, after having my daughter I took a break for a little while and just focused on my personal horses but it’s come time now that I have the itch again to start helping other peoples horses feel better! I’ve been a certified equine massage therapist for 7 years now, I offer full body massages, red light laser therapy, and kinesiology taping. Each massage is custom tailored specifically to each individual horses needs, each full body session is about an hour long

As temperatures keep climbing, here is your reminder to pay close attention to signs of heat stress in your horse this summer. ☀️🐴

Signs of heat stroke may range from mild to severe and life-threatening. Foals usually cannot take as much heat as adult horses. A mare may be fine, but her foal may be getting sick from being out on a hot day. Horses with heavy muscling or excess fat or in poor condition will have more problems. Keep in mind that exercise is a major source of body heat and that strenuous work on a hot, humid day can lead to problems in a short period of time for even the best-conditioned horse.

Does this mean you should not ride on a hot day? Not necessarily. It just means you should take precautions and use your common sense. Remain vigilant for dehydration and signs of heat exhaustion, as heat exhaustion should not be underestimated and can advance to heat stroke quickly. Above all, be kind and attentive to your equine partner’s need. If you feel hot, they feel hotter. So if they look tired—it’s time for a drink, a cold bath, and a break in the shade.

Notice how uneven her pectoral muscles were!

Her neck muscles were soooo tight especially in her deltoids and all the way from c2 to c6

Her middle and lower back is much more relaxed (longissimus dorsi)

Legacy got some work done today since she’s been back in work getting conditioned again for barrel racing, today while I was doing some releases on her muscles around her hyoid bone she gave me the CUTEST way of saying I got the spot💕

I have decided to sponsor a few riders for the 2022 season!

What will sponsored riders receive in return?

Riders will be offered discounted massages at $40/full body massage instead of my average rate of $60/full body massage

Riders will also receive 1 free full body cold laser treatment during their session or at a show we are both at!

Riders will also receive any merchandise made (patches, hats, tumblers,etc)

Sponsored riders will be given a custom discount code for referring someone to me so they can get $10 off a massage (they must use your code when booking with me) the more people to use your code the more prizes you can get and even win free massages!

~REQUIREMENTS~

🐴Must be determined to support my equine massage business* and advertise on social media and by word of mouth

🐴Must be within a 60 mile radius of Green Bay WI

🐴Have to post at least once a month about Align Equine Massage Therapy

🐴Must take photos during massage session

🐴MUST GET 1 MASSAGE A MONTH

🐴Must be FRIENDLY and PROFESSIONAL! We are not supporting DRAMA

*If a sponsored rider breaks any rules of the contract, they will be taken off the team and their discount code will be revoked
