✨️ A little heart behind the clippers ✨
Everyone loves the fancy show clips, the clean lines & the fun designs, and don’t get me wrong, I do too… 💛

But that’s not my favorite part of this job.
My favorite part? It’s the horses who need it most:

✔️ Horses who struggle to shed
✔️ Horses with PPID
✔️ Horses who can’t regulate their own body temperature
✔️ Horses with skin issues & thick coats that make treatment tricky
✔️ Horses prone to “fecal water” or other hygiene challenges that need a sanitary clip
✔️ Horses who finally feel relief when that heavy coat comes off
There’s nothing better than seeing a horse get comfortable again. Sometimes that's cooling out faster after work, staying drier, staying clean, or just feeling good in their own skin. This isn’t just about making horses look good, it’s about improving their quality of life.

It’s best to clip before the weather really warms up; blankets can keep them cozy, but we can’t cool them properly once the first hot, humid days hit if they’re still wearing that heavy winter coat.
