And this is the part that I wasn’t prepared for, after puppies… it was nice to sleep in this morning, but after 9 weeks of the sweet little things taking up so much time and energy and watching them grow and change, all the excitement and puppy breath, puppy kisses and wagging little tails greeting us as we came in the door. This is all such a let down, a change… an anti climatic new normal… yes, we are quite sure breeding puppies is not for us. We are so very grateful to every single one of you who chose these babies and hope that you find the time to come back here and keep us all up to date with pictures and allow us to see your babies as they grow!

All our babies have now found their very special, meant to be , forever homes. They were all so sweet and deserving of the very best and that is what they have!
Today my nephew came to get their Luke… they had a special connection with Gillmore Girls, my neice Beth is a HUGE fan, and her daughter , Chelsea has been obsessed with our Sookie. She made the trip today to lay hands on her in person, and my heart told me that this beautiful, vibrant young lady ( who reminds me of Rory Gilmore) who is about to move for her first teaching position , that this beautiful soul was the one person that Sookie was waiting for! So we asked her if she wanted to take this sweet baby with her onto her newest adventure! I can’t wait to see where these two go! My heart is so happy!!!

Sookie and Luke left today…. Together!!!

Logan did really well his first night away, settling in with his new family and checking out his new digs! And it is getting less and less chaotic up on the hill. Tomorrow Luke will finally get to meet his new family as they travel across an entire state to come get him! Without a doubt it will be well worth the distance and the 9 week wait to finally lay eyes on one another!
And then we only have Sookie left patiently waiting her future to be told.
Time really has gone by so very fast.

Sweet little Lorelai got to meet her new Mommy today! And Rory stole the heart of her new Mommy last night! Things are moving quickly around here now. Luke goes home Saturday, Logan is interviewing a possible mommy tomorrow. And That leaves just Our sweet little lamb Sookie.

Our Luke and Lorelai have found their future homes. Still plenty of supporting cast members left!
