With no breed or weight restrictions, we proudly accept all good dogs to live at our luxury communities. Packages are included in each unit with: indoor and outdoor cameras, ring door bells, keyless entry, Furbo's and Nest thermostats! Fidus Pet Concierge has a facility at each community and offers dog walking, day care, boarding, grooming, check ins, feeding and potty walks 7 days a week from 7am-9pm! State of the art Bark Parks are getting built that will have splash pads and bone shaped pools with stadium-style covered seating for residents to sit comfortably and chat with friends while their pups play. Our mission is to open up more housing for good dogs that are otherwise stuck in rescues and shelters and getting euthanized due to housing restrictions and peoples inability to adopt or keep their furbaby. We partner with local DFW rescues and shelters to find more doggies their forever homes in our communities!
