Q: When is your last day open?
A: We’ll be open until inventory is gone — and things are already going quickly!

Q: Can I use my loyalty points?
A: Yes — loyalty points can be used in-store through August 31, 2025. Points cannot be earned on purchases made August 15, 2025 or later.

Q: How can I check my rewards points balance?
A: Please call the store during normal business hours.

Q: Can I still earn points on purchases?
A: No — beginning August 15, 2025, purchases are not eligible to earn points.

Q: Can I make a return or exchange?
A: Purchases made before August 15, 2025 are eligible for return/exchange if you’re within 30 days of purchase, the item is unused, and tags are attached.
Purchases made August 15, 2025 and forward are final sale — no exceptions.

Q: What’s currently on sale?
A: The entire store is discounted at 20% off, with the exception of the following items:
• Western & Work Boots — 15% off
• Horse Supplies — 15% off
• Used Saddles — 5% off
• Clearance items — take an extra 20% off the clearance price

Q: Can I shop online?
A: Yes! We are still fulfilling all online orders as normal. Use code RETIREMENT online at checkout to get 20% off your entire purchase.

Q: Can I call to place an order and receive sales prices?
A: You’re welcome to call and place an order, but retirement sale pricing applies only for in-store purchases.

Q: Are sales final?
A: Yes — all retirement sale purchases (August 15, 2025 and later) are final sale.

Q: Are gift cards still valid?
A: Yes — gift cards can still be redeemed in-store while inventory lasts.

Q: Are paper gift certificates still valid?
