Bringing a dish to pass this 4th of July? Don’t forget a treat for the pups! 🇺🇸🐾

Our Folds of Honor dog biscuits were created in partnership with Folds of Honor, a nonprofit providing educational scholarships to the families of fallen and disabled military members and first responders.

Each patriotic bag proudly reads:
“Honoring service. Celebrating America.”

And with every purchase, 10% is donated back to Folds of Honor.

Treat the dogs, honor our heroes, and celebrate with purpose.

🌟🌟 SPOTLIGHT SUNDAY 🌟🌟 Meet our friend Addie! Addie joins us on Thursday mornings with a group from Kent ISD Empower U South, and she’s been learning how to make the perfect dog biscuit, filling the molds like a pro! 👏

Addie lives in Byron Center with her parents and three younger brothers. She’s the oldest sibling in the house! In her free time, she loves dancing and listening to music, especially Taylor Swift and movie soundtracks. She also enjoys playing her Switch and relaxing with a good TV show. When it comes to snacks, Addie follows a keto diet, but says she loves beef sticks.

When we asked what her favorite part about Beer City Dog Biscuits was, Addie said,
"I like to bring treats home to my two dogs, Rem and Cooper." 🐶🐾🦴 She also shared one of the important skills she’s learned. "I've learned that it's really important to keep the molds neat." And you're doing such a great job at it!

We’re so glad you’re part of the team, Addie. Rem and Cooper are lucky pups, and so are we! 🌟

Our Brew Bakers love welcoming new visitors! This week the Meijer Kids Department volunteered in our kitchen 🙌 What an incredible group with such big hearts. Thank you for spending your time with us and supporting our mission in such a hands-on way.

We’re excited to announce a big step forward! Our new finger scan sign-in system is now live for all Brew Bakers and Leadership Volunteers! 🙌

This upgrade allows us to accurately track attendance, which is crucial for grant applications and program growth. We chose a finger scan because it's a unique, accessible, and inclusive way to sign in, especially for friends who may not be able to see, read, or have an email address. It promotes independence and ensures everyone is counted!

We had a BLAST yesterday during Round 1 of the Meijer LPGA Classic for Simply Give 🏌️‍♀️ We're at hole 16‼️

How fun to see our friends from Special Olympics Michigan and get a selfie with Chief Officer of Strategic Growth Jennifer VanSkiver ❤️

We're here at Blythefield Country Club all weekend, so make sure to stop by and say hi ⛳️ Tickets are just $10/day or $25/weekend and today is Round 2.

THANK YOU to everyone who came out to the Grand Rapids Polo Club Season Opener‼️

Can we just say how fun it was to watch polo on a beautiful summer evening surrounded by friends (and so many cute dogs)? The champagne divot stomp was a blast, especially with surprise guests: a donkey and a miniature horse! 🥂🐴

We loved meeting folks who came out just to support Beer City Dog Biscuits, reconnecting with longtime friends, and seeing new faces. Whether you stopped by our tent, joined the 50/50 raffle, donated, or picked up biscuits and swag, we’re so grateful 🙌

It was an unforgettable night and we’re not done yet. Stay tuned for more snapshots soon!

🌟🌟 SPOTLIGHT SUNDAY 🌟🌟 Meet Natalie! Natalie joins us in the Beer City Dog Biscuits kitchen on Wednesday mornings with a group from Kent ISD Empower U South, and we’ve loved watching her grow her skills and confidence! She’s been mastering the art of filling our dog biscuit molds with care and precision.

Natalie lives in Wyoming, MI, with her mom, dad, and their dog, Desiree. She’s also lucky to live right next door to her grandparents! Natalie has two brothers and a sister, and when she’s not helping out at BCDB, she enjoys drawing, coloring, and watching movies 🖌 She’s a big fan of playing Pokémon cards and loves listening to Disney music. Her favorite foods? Burritos, pizza, and fruit, especially pineapple and cherries! 🍍🍒

Fun fact: Natalie likes to help take out the garbage. What a superstar helper! 💪

When we asked Natalie what she enjoys most about working at BCDB, she said, “I like to fill the molds and I make sure I don’t overfill.” That attention to detail is something we admire so much. Natalie also shared that she’s learned to ask for help when she needs it, and how to fill the molds evenly. These are amazing skills that show her growth and dedication.

Natalie, thank you for your hard work and heart. We’re so grateful for all you bring to the kitchen each week. We’re lucky to have you on the team! ❤️
