🗣️ We're looking for P.E.T.S. fosters! 🚨

What is P.E.T.S.?
This innovative program will provide emergency housing for pets affected by a natural disaster, eviction, domestic violence, owner homelessness, and other temporary care situations.

Being a P.E.T.S. foster will be for no longer than 30 days at a time. People don't want to be separated from their pets, we don't want them separated from their pets, and that's where you come in! By providing emergency housing for pets, you're helping keep together families that would otherwise have to surrender their pets.

It's National Volunteer Appreciation Week! 🌞

Our volunteers do SO MUCH around the shelter for us, we truly wouldn't be able to do it without them! From walking our dogs to socializing our cats and even helping with adoptions, our volunteers are rockstars!

Thank you, volunteers, for providing our animals with clean blankets, keeping them happy and healthy until they find their forever homes, and for everything you do!

No one wants to lose their pup—here's how to help keep them safe:

✅ Leash up or fence in
✅ Supervise them closely
✅ Tags + microchips = lifesavers
✅ Spay/neuter to reduce wandering
✅ Keep info up to date (photos, vet records, etc.)

If your dog goes missing:
👀 Check with shelters & vets
🚶‍♀️ Walk the neighborhood
🪧 Post flyers + talk to neighbors
📱 Share on social + pet recovery sites
