We recently asked for blankets, and as always, our incredible community stepped up in a huge way! We are so grateful to everyone who donated to keep our dogs cozy.

One donation truly warmed our hearts in a special way. Sookie, a dog who once called our shelter home (formerly known as Susie Q), decided to give back! She arrived with several blankets, each accompanied by a personalized, adorable note from her perspective.

Knox is a 4-month-old tan pup with a big heart and an even bigger love for cuddles. If there’s a lap available, there’s a good chance Knox has already claimed it! This sweet boy loves being close to his people and is happiest when he’s soaking up attention from his favorite humans.

While Knox can be a little cautious around new noises or unfamiliar situations, he has been making wonderful progress and growing more confident every day. Once he realizes someone is a friend, he’s ready to collect all the pets, snuggles, and affection he can get.

Knox also loves adventures! He walks beautifully on a leash, enjoys car rides, and is always excited to explore the world with his people by his side. Whether you're heading out for a walk or settling in for a cozy evening at home, Knox is happy to be part of the fun.

He would do best in a calm home where he can continue building confidence and forming strong bonds with his family. In return, you'll get a loyal little shadow who wants nothing more than to love and be loved.
