We have printable flyers for use by anyone who wants to help spread awareness about the Lacey Act amendments and how to make your voice heard. These are great for handing out at shows, sending with shipments, displaying in stores, etc. Also, we will have plenty of alert cards available at NARBC: North American Reptile Breeders Conference Tinley Park later this month. Vendors there can stop by and grab a stack.

I can’t even express how important it is that we fight against the “Lacey Act.” The government is currently trying to prohibit the trade, selling and moving of animals across state lines (exclude farm animals, dogs and cats) but wouldn’t shock me if they joined the list eventually. This stupid act has already made it to the house and is trying its way into the senate. This could effect not only businesses, but pet owners in general. If you moved out of state you wouldn’t be allow to bring your family pet with. Absolutely ridiculous. This also prevents people from going across state lines for veterinary care and for educational programs/purpose. That being said if your animal isnt excluded from this list that would make all other animals that this effects considered “injurious.” If this goes through fully it goes into effect immediately and we CAN’T let that happen. Sign the petition and visit USARK.org or even contact your local representative to stop this!! Let’s fight in numbers!

It’s been a while! I need to get some updated pictures on animals but here is what else I’ve been doing in the meantime! There is so much I need to work on when it comes to digital art but I don’t think these are bad! Stay tuned for some actual gecko pictures coming soon!

Our last introduction for the day! This little gecko had no intentions of firing up for me like the other two but never fails to disappoint either way. The progression on this gecko will be absolutely killer. So thrilled to have this gecko in my care!!
