Tailored Tails Pet Spa's 1-on-1 grooming allows us to connect with pups like this beautiful blind babe by providing a calm, secure space, no distractions, and all the care. 🐶💜

We focus our attention on sound and smell introduction, as opposed to sight, and use reward based communication to teach comfort, confidence, and familiarity in the space. Multiple successful grooms later, and she is smiling and leaning towards the sound of our voice for a cute lil photo op (see last photo!) because we focused on that bond. We also keep her feeling secure on the table with belly bands and extra assistance to prevent side slips, etc.
