A lot of people see a dog with 3 legs and instantly feel bad for them. Which unfortunately creates behaviors and perspectives for that dog that are unnecessary and detrimental to their development.

They develop these perspectives that say “I can’t” because that’s what we’ve taught them! This is the product of what happens when we show a dog who thought he couldn’t that “HE CAN”!!!

When these clients came to me, they had a goal of being able to travel the US in a van, and for her dog to have the obedience and behavior necessary to do so safely! In the beginning her dog would shut down, run, and even growl in an attempt to protest. But through clear, consistent communication from the owner they are now living the dream they had when they first came to my door. Here’s a couple victory pictures of their recent adventures around the country 🐾

Safe to say mission has been accomplished!
