🚨 Policy Update: New Booking & No-Show Requirements 🚨
Effective July 25th, we’re implementing updated policies to help reduce last-minute cancellations and no-shows, which impact our small team and other clients trying to book.
To keep things running smoothly, we now require the following before any appointment can be booked or confirmed — this includes full grooms, bath packages, and nail trims:
✅ Card on file
✅ Up-to-date vaccine records
✅ Current client contact information
✅ Accurate pet profile (name, breed, coat color, age, spay/neuter status)
🔁 Starting July 25th, if any of this is missing, your appointment will be canceled and must be rescheduled once your file is complete.
We appreciate your understanding and support as we make these changes to continue providing quality care for every pet that walks through our doors. 🐾
