Madison!

Madison has been working at Ruffing It for 8 years!

She started at age 14 as our dog bather. Shortly after she started working with daycare/boarding dogs and enjoyed seeing all the regulars and new dogs that would arrive. She has now been Managing that area for 2 years and enjoys seeing the dogs everyday as much as she did 8 years ago.

When she is not working, she loves to spend time with her family, go out with her friends, and snuggle with her dog. Jacoby is a Golden Retriever who loves fetch, swimming, & greeting customers in our lobby.

In her free time she likes to go to target 🎯 and in the summer ☀️ she likes to walk her dogs!

Erika has been working with pets, especially dogs, for about 20 years. Ruffing It was one of her first job at the age of 14 at daycare and where she learned how to groom and discovered her love for animal care. That experience pushed her to keep learning and growing in the field over the years.

She is now the General Manager here and truly enjoys taking care of our clients and making sure every pet has a safe, positive experience while they are with us. Erika is passionate about animals and always puts their well-being first.

When she is not at work, Erika enjoys playing volleyball, lifting at the gym, and spending time with her dog Aubie. Aubie is a Black Mouth Cur who is obsessed with playing ball and stealing all the toys and bones from her roommate’s dog.

🎄🐾 **What a Pawsome Christmas Party!** 🐾🎄

We had an absolute blast at our doggy Christmas party! 🎉 From the festive costumes to the delicious treats, it was a day full of wagging tails and happy barks.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us and made it so special! 🐶❤️ Check out these adorable moments captured during the festivities!
