Made it to my first convention this year.
Was lots of walking. Over 26k rabbits were brought this year.
Great to see all of the breeds have never gotten to see in person.

Summer Heat Care for Rabbits
To safeguard your animals' health during hot weather, provide electrolytes and probiotics.
Ideally, introduce these supplements three days before anticipated heat waves. In cases of prolonged high temperatures, offer electrolytes daily alongside water.
Most electrolytes formulated for chickens are also suitable for rabbits, although rabbit-specific products are available. However, avoid using livestock electrolytes, as they typically contain baking soda.

Enhance airflow around your animals using fans, and consider investing in closer motor fans, which are more durable and worth the additional cost.
Ensure your animals have access to shade. Do not place hutches in the sun.

Other ways to help keep them cool are frozen ceramic tiles, repurpose laundry jugs- clean fill with water and freeze to put in cages. Freeze water balloons to make ice balls removing the balloon before placing in enclosure. Rub rubbing alcohol or YL peppermint EO on rabbit ears.
