Our 300 new layers have begun producing.
We have eggs in the cooler by the road.
Hopefully we'll enough supply to put them by the road each day from Monday - Saturday.

Public notice!

Due to the current national egg shortage, we are doing the following.

1. 2 dozen limit - Please be considerate of others and take no more than 2 dozen at a time.

2. We are raising our prices to $8.00 a dozen to help narrow purchases to those who truly value high quality eggs rather than low prices.

3. In a couple months we have a new batch of 300 layers arriving which will increase the supply.

We place eggs in the cooler at 8am until we are sold out from Monday through Saturday.

With the current market conditions, sometimes the entire inventory is sold in the first 30 minutes. We hope with the above measures we can continue to supply our long standing customers with at least a portion of what they normally buy.

Thanks for valuing, high quality, local eggs!!

Good news for all our loyal egg customers!
We just received 400 new hens that will start to lay eggs in approximately 4 weeks.
For the next week or 2 they will bond to their coop. Bonding is an important step in acclimating new hens, so when they are let out to pasture, they will return at dusk.
In a month or so our high quality, non gmo, pasture raised eggs will be for sale by the road again. Stay tuned.

Hello everyone,

Due to the hot summer weather, our egg production has dropped precipitously.

Coronation Cafe , our wholesale account, is taking almost all we can supply right now.

After their order is filled we only have a few dozen (if any) per day to place by the road.

We apologize to all our loyal customers who we have not been able to supply the last few weeks.

We hope to source some additional young hens soon that will booster our supply.

Additional hens just began laying.
We place the cooler by the road at 8AM
Monday- Saturday and remove the cooler when we're sold out for the day. (except for the odd day when we don't have any.)
