Clay Logan Performance Horses Clay Logan grew up in a ranching family gathering wild cattle out in Arizona. Together. Clay and Colleen collaborated and thus began Logan Performance Horses.

Mornings always start early for Clay and Colleen Logan and their staff at Logan Performance Horses near Granbury, Texas, Since the couple started their business over 20 years ago. He spent plenty of time with his father roping and learning the basics of horse care and ranch management. Clay later moved to Texas and began working with some of the leading cutting horse trainers when he met and marri

ed Colleen Murphey. They built their facility and home in Granbury, TX. Since 2000, Clay has worked with young cutting horse rejects to develop their potential to excel as a quality team roping horses. Clay has trained several World Champions, Reserve World Champions, and World Show finalist for the Paint and Quarter Horse Association. Several of his amateurs have finished impressively at the world show too.

Big day for Clay Logan and Seven Biggie (Nicolas), owned by Nicks Livestock Services. They finished 7th in the ARHFA open futurity heading and won the intermediate and the limited!! They pocketed $21,262 in winnings. Thank you to ARHFA World Championship Rope Horse Futurity and Ranches, Dean Tufton for upping the Anti! Thank you to Cade Rice for catching the feet!

Clay Logan had a BIG weekend at the Ryan Motes Invitational. Brock Hanson and Clay got the win, taking home Daryl Davis bits along with $$. Clay double dipped with Parker Parish winning 7th and receiving tiedowns crafted by Flavio Ribeiro. We are ever grateful to Ryan and Courtney for inviting us to the RMI, and the new indoor arena provided a great atmosphere for fun and roping. We had a delicious meal made by Charlie and Shannon Buchanan, finishing the night off dancing to some great music provided by Gage Gardiner.
A wonderful way to celebrate Memorial Day weekend.
