Sunny Sky's is an animal rescue organization formed in 2010 by Dr. Illina Berton. Thanks to the help of many volunteers we are now a full fledged non profit organization, acquiring our 501(c)3 status in 2011. We rely solely on volunteers to continue on our path to saving as many four legged friends as possible. Sunny Sky's Animal Rescue, a registered 501(c)3 Non Profit Organization. All donations to support the rescue efforts are tax deductible. We at Sunny Sky's Animal Rescue believe that if we all work together with the same common goal in mind, we can change the lives of many!! We believe that everyone can help, and all help is greatly appreciated!! Sharing our animals that need to be adopted, sharing of your ideas, sharing your contacts or resources, donations big & small, are truly appreciated! (The adoption fee includes: Spay/Neuter, Microchip, Pyrantel deworming, Frontline flea treatment, and routine vaccinations (excluding rabies). Cat/kitten will be spayed/neutered before released to go home.

Rocket is a sweet boy who enjoys the quiet life. He enjoys being near his people and likes to be your little shadow. He does love his toys too and enjoys playtime. He would love a nice, calm home where he can relax with those he loves. He may take a little bit to settle in and feel comfortable in his new surroundings, but once he does, you’ll have a new best friend! He arrives to us with his buddy, Gomez, also available for adoption.

Gomez is a friendly boy who is full of personality. He loves to play and chase after his toys. He enjoys having his cheeks scratched and rubbing against you for affection. He can occasionally get a bit overstimulated so he would do best in a home with no young kids. He would prefer to be the only kitty in the home or with his buddy, Rocket who is also available for adoption, as he is not fond of meeting new animals.

"She is doing great! She fit right into the family. After a few days of getting to know each other the dogs have all adapted well. I took her to the vet this morning for an establishment of care appointment and the vet said she was in good shape. As we all knew, she is a very sweet dog!"

These four brothers are a lively, loving crew with endless curiosity and kitten energy. These boys are quite the little purr machines and will purr at the sight of humans! Meet Dandelion the little flower who bloomed after the storm.

Dandelion (7 mo, 13lbs) was found alone in a field, cold, soaked, and scared, unsure if the world was a safe place. But despite her rough start, this sweet girl has blossomed into a loving, playful puppy who is ready to find her forever family.

Dandelion is full of personality spunky, affectionate, and always ready for fun. She absolutely loves playing fetch, racing around the yard with her adorable puppy zoomies, and then curling up beside you for cuddles afterward. She's amazing with kids, does great with other dogs, and truly just wants to be everyone's best friend.

Like any young pup, Dandelion is still learning her manners and will need some basic training and guidance as she grows. But she's smart, eager to please, and has so much potential to become the perfect companion.
