What a great day at the Herons Crest Horse Show! So proud of all the riders and horses who went out there and rode their hearts out!

💚Nolan and Cesar had an amazing day, earning 1st place in Lead Line.
💙Piper and Perry also had a fantastic show, taking 1st place in walk/trot/canter , and later returning in the 2’ division to earn a 3rd and a 1st.
🩵Norah and Cesar rode beautifully, finishing 2nd in their walk/ trot/ canter and 3rd in both 18” Vertical classes.
🧡Brie and Scooby had a great day as well, earning a 2nd place and a 1st in the in-ground poles, along with a 4th place in walk/ trot/canter!
It was a day full of teamwork, great sportsmanship, and some really lovely rides. So thankful for this group and the horses that make days like this possible. Great job everyone!

ISO Horseback riding instructor to add to our team 🐴

Looking for a dependable, motivated, experienced riding instructor to teach english and or western riding lessons. Lessons vary from beginners through advanced riders, including children and adults.

The ideal candidate would have a MA Instructor’s License, prioritize safety, good horsemanship, and work well with our other instructors and staff.

What an amazing day at Heron's Crest Stables jumper show on Sunday! I am beyond proud of all of our riders and horses—everyone rode with heart, focus, and teamwork.

🥇 Nolan Coffey earned 1st place on Ceasar

All of our riders rode beautifully!
🥇 Piper Colorio took 1st on Perry
🥈 Norah Murphy earned 2nd on Ceasar
🥉 Audrey Murd earned 3rd on Beanie

Crossrails
✨ Nadia earned 3rd in Optimum Time and 2nd in the Jump Off! She rode a spicy Beanie so well—so proud of her focus and determination!

18” Verticals
🔥 Norah Murphy earned 2nd in Optimum Time and 1st in the Jump Off with Ceasar! I absolutely love this team. Norah has worked so hard to get Ceasar back to himself, and it truly showed—every bit of that success was earned.

2’ Division
🏆 Catherine Wroge rode Beanie, earning 1st in Optimum Time and 2nd in the Jump Off. Both rounds were smart, smooth, and well planned.
2’ Division
🌟 Piper colorio earned 2nd in Optimum Time and 1st in the Jump Off on Perry. Perry is a very sensitive horse and wasn’t confident at first, but he trusted Piper to get him around—an incredible partnership to watch.

So proud of every rider yesterday, and incredibly thankful to Jayne and Abby Haggard for hosting such a great show, and Cara Tsombakos-Mansfield for the judging as well. What a fantastic day for this team! 💙🐎

ISO Riding Instructor! 🐴

We’re looking to add another awesome instructor to our team at Hillside Meadows Equestrian Center!

Applicants must have a valid MA Instructor’s License and be motivated, enthusiastic, reliable, hardworking, and able to work as part of a team with other instructors and management.

We’re primarily a hunter/jumper program, but we do have a few horses suitable for western lessons as well. We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about teaching riders of all ages and levels in a fun, safe, and positive environment!

✨ IEA Home Show Recap! ✨
What an amazing day hosting our home show yesterday! Our riders absolutely crushed it — showing great teamwork, sportsmanship, and some beautiful rides. 💙🐴
🏆 Team Results:Our High School Team finished in 3rd place!

💫 Individual Highlights:
• Piper Colorio – 4th in Open Over Fences & 2nd on the Flat

• Teagan Manchester – 2nd in Intermediate Over Fences and had a fantastic flat ride!

• Izzy Rave – Two great rides on superstar ponies!

• Audrey Murdock – 🥇 1st in Novice Flat — we’re so proud of you!

• Norah Murphy – 3rd in Future Intermediate Over Fences & 4th on the Flat

• Daniella Rossi – 2nd in Future Beginner Walk Trot

• Emma Rossi – 4th in Future Beginner Walk Trot

• Brienne Taupier – 6th in Future Beginner Walk Trot

Such a fun and successful day — we are so thankful for everyone who helped with set-up, tear down, and made the day run so smoothly. We couldn’t do it without our amazing team and volunteers! 🙌💙

Today we celebrate Ghetti as she steps into her well-earned retirement. 💙🐴 Ghetti has been a beloved part of our barn family since 2014, teaching countless riders the ropes and carrying them with patience, kindness, and heart.
From lessons to shows to camps and IEA; she has given so much to our program and to every rider lucky enough to learn from her. 🦄💫
