GOSHEN — Local dog owners now have a fenced-in place to let their furry friends have a romp.

The dog park is coming along!! Complete with human/dog water fountain, slolam hydrants, tire tunnel and more! A huge thank you to Goshen Parks and Recreation and the East Lincoln Crossroads Neighborhood Association for making this happen!

GOSHEN — Goshen’s East Lincoln Crossroads neighborhood could soon be home to the city’s first official dog park following action by the Goshen Board of Zoning Appeals Tuesday afternoon.

UPDATE: The grant money awarded to the East Lincoln Crossroads Neighborhood Association (to facilitate the opening of the dog park) has been transferred to the Goshen Parks Department to the designated Dog Park fund. Because of this transfer, the revised opening timeline is now with the parks department. Once we are able to establish the new timeline, we will share it with you all. For now, we thank you for your continued support of the Dog Park. We will do everything in our power to open as soon as possible.

What are some elements/items/ideas you would like to see included in the dog park if possible? ** We are now the East Lincoln Crossroads Dog Park! ** We have partnered with the East Lincoln Crossroads Neighborhood Association to bring in Goshen's first dog park to a neighborhood with convenient access from local trails. We will be sharing more information within the coming weeks, but we can proudly announce that the dog park will be up and open by Fall 2018! We can't thank you enough for your continued support through this process. You have been incredibly helpful and we couldn't have done it without you. We can't wait to see pups running free and having fun here in our local community!
