Reality has shown me a painful realization. My life is not nest-suited for raising Australian Shepherd puppies any longer.

Aussies stole my adventurous-seeking heart at 15 years of age, I have been raising this beautiful breed for 5 years now. I owe a lot to my Aussies, they have taught me more than I ever could have imagined. Their mischievous personalities have brought me so much joy! I wish I had endless energy to keep up with theirs.

I will be keeping my sweethearts, Apollo, Psykhe, Annie, and Iris.

This was my dream, I fulfilled it. Not as long as I expected or planned, but I am satisfied.
I have a heavy heart, but I value the lessons and love I've gained the last few years.

My love for breeding is too big to stop altogether, I'll be slowly moving on to a new breed that still ignites my passion for a companion and family dog.
In the mean time, I'll continue to post a little about my everyday life as an Aussie owner.

I am beyond excited for all the adventures to come and I can’t wait to share more with you!

Hello my wonderful friends and family! I will temporarily be off of my social media as of tomorrow morning, until January of 2023. I want to be able to savor all of the beautiful moments coming up - Thanksgiving, my wedding, honeymoon, Christmas, New Year, buying a house, and my future brother-in-laws wedding in Florida!
I will be taking plenty of photos and videos to share with you when I'm back.

I wish you the best this holiday season, stay warm and cozy! I hope you have a wonderful time surrounded by friends and family. Happy Thanksgiving, Merry Christmas, and Happy New Year!

Our next litter is planned for Summer of 2023 with Psykhe - I will be keeping my website updated with who the father is going to be!

I am so blessed to live in this crazy beautiful world.

Missing Panther a whole bunch, but I'm happy he'll get so much love and attention from another. This was a good and big trip to end the 2022 litters on!

Now we wait until next summer to say hello to new little paws and puppy kisses 💕

Happy 1st birthday to the Christmas Litter!!
I've been reflecting back on how intentionally raising and empowering puppies can change everything!
They were so many challenges that came with the first BAB litter - getting used to the curriculum, holding my ground on what family's adopt them, learning how to work at home full time, and what to do better with the next litter!

I learned a lot from mistakes I had made, but I am so grateful because the mistakes make it a quick and unforgettable lesson.

I never would have dreamed I would have coast-to-coast puppies! My eyes were opened to Flight Nanny's in the Christmas Litter. One pup went to California, and one to New York.

What a crazy year it's been! I am so grateful to be living and working my dream 💕

Grief is an interesting thing.
Even though there was no death, I still needed to mourn the loss of what might have been.
There was plenty of second-guessing as I drove Iris to the vet, but I reaffirmed myself because I know this is what is best for her.

The first three days after her surgery, I mourned the pups that she might have had, the pups she would have been so gentle and sweet to. With full knowledge and understanding that this was the right decision.

She was so happy being a Mama, playing with her pups and teaching them what is wrong and what is right. All instinct. It's so beautiful to witness.
She didn't love all that motherhood had to offer, and that's okay. That tells me that motherhood is not the life for her, she can enjoy all the love and cuddles from her people.

I am grateful to be a witness of her showing so much love and care to her 2 young pups. It was a beautiful sight to see her so naturally become a mama.

I truly wish I was able to keep him but it's just not in the cards. He is so precious! Panther is such a cheerful puppy and loves everyone.
I took him to a whole new house the other day and he happily wandered in every room, looking to see if there was anyone new in the rooms. We then went to a local festival, but only lasted a few minutes because it got too hot, but he did amazing in just those few minutes :)
I am impressed every day with this boy, he would work well for therapy work!
