I wasn’t going to post anything about this but it’s not who I am.

First : when you have a 20 minute conversation on the phone with someone and tell them you are hunter jumper barn

They still want to come see

Second: when they tell you they ride at 5:30am and work arenas and do all kinds of stuff at the barn they’re currently at .

You tell them you don’t need people to work your arenas, your barn also is not open until 8 o’clock in the morning and it closes at 8 o’clock at night. Your barn is closed on Mondays and it is not open for anyone not even God .

They still want to come see

Third: They really dont want to be at a barn with boarders.

Well I have them and they still want to come see.

So they come see your barn, you’re in the stall with a rescue Pony. The pony gets very tense as they come down the aisle way first red flag. They ask you if you are halter
breaking your c**t clearly I have a halter on the baby. It’s not a c**t, shes a filly.

Then you’re heading into your arena where they can see the footing and they sit there and tell you they wanna work your arena after you had a 20 minute conversation that no one is going to use your equipment and nobody’s working your arena. You do not need someone to come in and work at your facility.

What happened? You’re right I got sh*tty. moral of the story Is, people need to stop coming into your facility and trying to change it, either They like what you have or they don’t if they don’t that’s fine if they do that’s great. This is a hard enough business I’m not a babysitter. I do not need people to work for me. I do not need people telling me how to do things if you want to do all that buy your own barn, run your own place. My barn is not dirty, My horses are not skinny, and I am not going to be talked to like I don’t know what I’m doing, been doing this for long enough to know not everyone matches, and I wasn’t upset when you left. You shouldn’t have been either.

Oh Charles. He was his own kind of special and everyone that knew him loved him for that. He has helped so many people learn and over come fears in the time he’s been with us. He was definitely one of a kind and he will be deeply missed by not only us, but our Barn family and everyone who has come to love him.
