General Information
Our hours of operation are:
Monday – Friday 8:00 am-5:30pm
Closed Saturday and Sunday (we still come in to take care of the boarding pets!)
If you pick up before 1pm Monday through Saturday you are not charged for that night. Boarding Cost:
Cats:
Cat Condo Single - $25 per night

+$40 each additional dog per night
Indoor/Outdoor Run:

Deposits
We require a deposit of $100.00:
o For all new clients
o For all holidays (such as Easter, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years)
o reservations 7 nights or longer
The deposit is taken at the time of the reservation and goes toward your pets' stay.
*If you need to cancel your reservation, we require a 72 hour notice in order to get the deposit back. No show boarding appointments will be billed for one night’s boarding. Please remember to cancel your reservation; even if it is the day of the reservation, it is greatly appreciated. DOGS
Vaccines that we require:
• Rabies
• DHPP
• Bordetella (kennel cough)
• CIV (H3N2 and H3N8)
• F***l test (must be negative)
All vaccines must be current in order to board. If your dog is overdue or has not received one of these vaccines, it must receive the vaccinations and wait five days before it can board. Puppies and kittens must have received a minimum of two vaccine boosters in order to board. If your female dog is in heat she is not allowed to board. What you may bring for boarding:
• One toy per dog.
• Beds are not allowed (we provide Kuranda dog beds). We do not take blankets, towels, and/or clothing of any kind.
• We serve Purina EN but you may bring your own food if you would like to. If you are bringing your own food, we ask that you put it in gallon zip lock baggies and only bring what is necessary for the stay because we are short on storage space.
• You may also bring treats(we ask that these are brought in a zip lock baggie also) . TLC- prices are per pet, per day.
• Extra Walk: $6
• A Little R & R: $10
• Playcare while boarding: $15
• Pup Cup (frozen pumpkin and yogurt): $4
• Report card with pictures: $5
•Three- Course Deal (Kongsicle, pup cup, and milkbones) : $6
• Kongsicle (frozen chicken broth): $1
Doggie Daycare- $20
• Doggie Daycare is Monday through Friday.
• It includes a mid day break
• You may drop off anytime after 8:00am and pick up no later than 5:00pm. Daily Routine
• We are here to take care of the animals every day, including Sundays and all holidays.
• We leash walk the dogs in our fenced in yard two-three times a day.
• Doggie doors in the kennel stay open during the day (as long as it is not too hot, too cold, or raining) and are closed at night when we are not here. Each run in the kennel is an inside/outside run.
• If your dog is in the puppy room or suite, it is given three walks (this is because they do not have access to an outdoor area).
• All dogs are fed two times a day or as instructed by you
• Water is available all day.
• Runs are cleaned daily.
• All dogs are given a bedtime cookie each night. CATS
Vaccines that we require:

• FVRCP
• FELV (feline leukemia)
• F***l or Deworming
All vaccines must be current in order to board. If your cat is overdue or has not received one of these vaccines, it must receive the vaccination and wait five days before it can board. What you may bring for boarding:
• One toy per cat.
• We do not store cat carriers.
• We do not allow beds, blankets, towels, or t-shirts. We provide cat cots and bedding.
• We serve Hills Science Diet but you may bring your own food if you would like to. If you are bringing your own food, we ask that you put it in gallon zip lock baggies and only bring what is necessary for the stay because we have limited container space.
• You may also bring treats (we ask that these are brought in a zip lock baggie also). Kitty Daycare
• Kitty Daycare is Monday through Friday.
• You may drop off anytime after 8:00am and pick up no later than 5:00pm. Daily Routine
• We are here to take care of the animals every day, including Sundays and all holidays.
• Cats are fed twice a day or as instructed by you.
• Each cat condo has a window, cat cot, and a view of the television.
• Cat condos are cleaned each day.
• Each cat gets about ten minutes outside its condo while it is cleaned. You can download our boarding agreement to bring with you to check-in. Find it at www.amcgoose.com
You will also need to provide us with a copy of your pet's current vaccine record. You may bring it to us or have your Veterinarian fax it to us at: 843-797-5394
Grooming
• We have grooming or bathing available Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. Mondays are for boarder baths only.
• Grooming is an actual hair cut that includes a bath, nail trim, and ear cleaning.
• If you schedule a bath this includes the bath, nail trim, and ear cleaning.
• Prices vary between animals; it depends on their behavior, how matted their fur is, and the size of the pet. When making a boarding reservation, if you would like your pet bathed while they are here, we recommend that you make the appointment the day you make your boarding reservation. Pets staying in boarding receive a discount on their bath. If your pet is scheduled to get a bath, we do not charge for the next night if the pet is still here after 1pm. Medications
Medication can be administered at no additional charge. Any medications or supplements must be brought in their original bottles.
