Congratulations to our Employee of the month for November- JUSTIN!

Justin joined our team earlier this summer, and it didn’t take long for him to show us exactly who he is. Shortly after starting, due to an unforeseen situation, Justin was asked to make a personal sacrifice. His response was simple and unforgettable: “Absolutely — I’m a team player.” As an employer, that moment will always stand out to me. Right then, I knew I had hired not only a quality employee, but a genuinely good human being.

Justin is the man who brings fun and reality to our social media platforms. He works hard to capture as much action as possible — although, let’s be honest, he doesn’t have to go far. Sometimes all it takes is leaning over the counter and putting a camera in Shannon’s face. The content is endless.

From excursions and field trips to therapy and service dog travels; from wing and shot bird dogs to the many promotions Ugly Dog puts on each year — including the Halloween party — Justin is there to capture it all. And of course, he never runs short on material thanks to the daily chaos provided by our wonderfully dysfunctional family.

Thank you, Justin, for your commitment to me and to the entire Ugly Dog crew. I truly appreciate everything you do, and I can’t wait to see what the future holds for you here.
