Chest worn GoPro, belt with a 7500 pound break force swivel carabineer into a rock climbing carabineer with spin lock. Tangle free and hands free running with leashes just short enough to prevent it from getting under their feet.

Don't have to fight gravity or snow as much in Kansas. Best run was an hour with 591 feet of elevation change at a 13 minute mile pace. I also have faster shorter runs where I'd hit a 9 minute mile pace.

Phone is currently down. Please message on this page or my personal page. Just getting up and running in Goodland. $28/hr running $20/walking with a 15 minute minimum. So $5 for a walk and $7 for a run minimum. House sitting is a 3 visit minimum a day with food and water bowl filling included in the runs/walks.
