‼️WESTERN HIGHPOINT‼️was a tie, which should have been determined initially by contestant with most first places but the rule was not followed. The board held a meeting on 08-25-25 and voted that tied contestants should both be awarded highpoint status. We as a board strive to do the best we can for our members and contestants by being transparent and following the rules to the best of our ability.

1️⃣Bring Coggins for any horse on premises, regardless of showing or not

2️⃣Make sure you bring ‼️Birth Certificate‼️, (if needed) even if you think you sent it - we have people that sent in membership with no birth certificate

3️⃣🚫NO LUNGING🚫 in Ring One, must use Ring Two or practice pen

4️⃣CAMPING AREA for campers only, no day parking - CAMPERS check in at show office for camping permit and confirmation of where you will be camping

5️⃣PARK only in designated parking areas-Violators will be ticketed or towed at owners expense

6️⃣Make sure you bring 💵💰💸for food vendors 🌯🍩☕️🥤

7️⃣STALLS - Come to show office by Red Barn to have a Board Member to check out stall when leaving to avoid fee or not being able to stall

8️⃣Back numbers stay with horse

9️⃣Gymkhana - back numbers must be on both sides of horse
