Our family lost another sweet angel lastnight, it came out of nowhere!! Indie will be missed by many! sweet Indie was only 6 & had cancer in her spleen & it ruptured, her momma Linda Hayes is heart broke, our hearts go out to her during this difficult time, so if our Puppy Patch family could say a prayer for her & the family & show them how much our Puppy Patch family understands the heartbreak their feeling! Heaven gained another beautiful sweet Angel! RIP Sweet Indie!🌈💔

A good grooming appointment isn't just about looking cute for photos ... although that certainly happens a lot around here. 💚💛

It's about clean skin, healthy coats, comfortable paws, and helping your furbaby feel their very best. From brushing out tangles to trimming nails, regular grooming plays a big role in your pet's well-being.

And that fresh-from-the-spa strut IS pretty adorable! 😍 Call or text (817) 866-6006 to schedule your pet's next spa day!

📋 We found Ginger's employee handbook and honestly, it explains a lot.

Rule #1 - Every customer must be greeted with all the sniffs and a couple of barks (Thanks, Indy!) 🐶
Rule #2 - At least 3 naps required daily (That's why you've seen her sleeping on the job!) 😴
Rule #3 - If a treat is dropped, it becomes company property ... and by company, we mean Ginger's. 🦴

Oh! And supervising from the front porch absolutely counts as work.

Quick reminder about those paws! 🐾

If you furbaby isn't walking or running outdoors regularly, their nails could be wearing down slower. Be sure to keep their pause healthy and happy by getting regular nail trims at L&L Puppy Patch. We are gentle and fast. See you soon, Puppy Patch Squad!

Believe it or not, dogs shed in the fall too. As the weather cools, many pups drop their summer coat to make room for a thicker, winter one. That means more fur on your floors, your couch, and probably your coffee too! 🤣 Consider a deshedding treatment the next time you bring your furbaby to Patches.

Deshedding helps by:
🐾 Removing loose undercoat before it lands on your furniture
🐾 Cutting down on matting as the coat thickens
🐾 Keeping skin healthy and comfortable

📞 Call or text (817) 866-6006 to reserve your spot!

Pumpkin spice everything is back, so naturally we made a dog version.

🎃 The Pumpkin Spice Pup: Demands a blanket the second it hits 70°F
🍂 The Leaf Chaser: Treats falling leaves like a personal challenge
🦴 The Snack Bandit: Fall means more snacks, and they know it
😴 The Hibernator: Sun's down, so is she.

💬 Which one lives in your house? Tell us in the comments.

Here's a pet-friendly tip, folks. Now that fall has arrived, and the trees are letting things go, you might have a few things in your yard that aren't pup-friendly.

🍁 Acorns and oak leaves can cause stomach upset if chewed
🍁 Mushrooms pop up after rain and some can be toxic
🍁 Certain fertilizers might be good for your lawn but hurt your pup

A quick walk around the yard once a week goes a long way. Please share this post with your friends to bring awareness to these potential dangers.
