Hi! My name is Sugar. I came from a high kill shelter in Gallup, New Mexico where they don’t adopt out pitbulls. I was tied to a post full of milk and my puppies were nowhere to be found. I had no food or water. Now I’m almost 10 and I have lumps that are thought to be mast cell cancer. I need surgery. I hope you can help. NM Animal Foster Network is a foster -based no kill rescue, not an open admission animal shelter. Our animals have been pulled from death row at rural high kill shelters.
