Thinking of doing a butchering class this upcoming weekend. (16, 17, 18) I have Muscovy drakes, some Pheonix stew Roos (probably will skin)and maybe some quail. If we have time I’ll do a quick teaching of preserving bird hides.
Located in glide Oregon.
30$ per person and you’ll leave with a freshly butchered bird to take home.
