Update: I am sorry to say mating our Pyr with the male Swissy did not work out. We will be doing Pyredoodles instead.

Mountain Dog Manor is excited to announce we will be doing a Swissneese litter to be born around July 2023. Both parents are DNA health tested and clear of all conditions. Sire and dam are pictured. We will announce taking deposits after a mating takes place. For more information on our dogs and how we raise our puppies please visit our face book page and web site Mountain Dog Manor. The last litter we did at Mountain Dog Manor was in 2016. All our puppies will be tan with white markings. Most will be short hair with a few long hair puppies. Other litters on this page after 2016 are not from Mountain Dog Manor and not with AKC Great Pyrennees so a bit different in color.

Sudden thunderstorms= 8 soaked puppies. Gotta love the Virginia weather! Sunshine to storms in the blink of an eye!

More puppy pictures. The final count is four tri color (1 girl, 3 boys), and four brown and white (2 girls, 2 boys). For those interested, please message me for more info. I’ve put a lot of thought into it, and this will be last litter we have for the foreseeable future. Daisy has earned a nice reirement on our farm and I’m finishing up my BSN in nursing in the fall, so we are focusing on that. It’s been fun and wonderful, and I’ll continue to post here and encourage anyone who has enjoyed or currently had this cross to post pictures and spread the word. When life is a little less crazy we will do this again. For now, I’ll be happy to wrap up school and explore other areas in the farm.

Eight puppies on the ground. We don’t know gender yet because we are letting mom do the hard work of birthing and bonding right now. Daisy, being the wonderful mom she is, has been doing a great job so far. We are continuing to watch her and anticipate a long night.
