Here at TVC we always strive to support you and your pets when they are experiencing any type of injury, illness, or even emergencies whenever we are able.

Just as our pet’s illnesses and injuries come unplanned and unexpected, our staff also has these things happen. While we do everything we can to avoid disruption for our clients and patients there are times that it is unavoidable, unfortunately.

The end of this week, will unfortunately be one of those times. Due to scheduled licensed technicians continuing education requirements and unforeseen family emergencies, in order to continue to provide the best patient care, we will be unable to see any additional patients Friday or Saturday of this week (September 12th and 13th).

If you currently have an appointment scheduled, you will receive a phone call if we need to reschedule you for any reason, otherwise we will continue as scheduled.
For sick patients; we ask for your understanding knowing we will not be able to see your pets these days. There are several urgent care and emergency facilities in the area for situations which warrant the true immediate attention.
Please feel free to call the office and discuss with us the situation and we will do what we can to best direct you with suggestions on how to proceed.

If you think your pet may need to be seen and are monitoring, keep this in mind and consider being seen sooner this week if you wish to be seen here at TVC.

To all of the hard working humans, Happy Labor Day! We believe that all pets have a very important job in providing us with love, support, and comfort.
Happy Labor Day to all the hard working pets, especially our labeled working dogs- like military, police, guide, therapy, detection, security, service, herding, search and rescue, and so many others!
We are closed today, but will return with regular business hours tomorrow (Tuesday September 2nd 8am-7pm).
If your pet is experiencing a medical emergency, please visit the closest animal emergency center. A few close to us are;

Preparing for a good time, this long holiday weekend?
Keep your loved ones safe!
We are here until 6pm today if you need any last minute medications or food to get you through until we reopen on Tuesday. Please remember that medications can take some time to process so get them called in as soon as possible, and be sure to let the staff know that you do need them before the holiday weekend if that is the case.

If you dont already have them, but need medications, order them now through online or giving us a call ASAP before the holiday! Last day to pick up meds will be tomorrow and we cannot gauruntee that meds called in tomorrow will be able to be filled same day, although we will try our hardest.

Reminder we will be closed on Friday in observance on Independence Day. We will habe regular business hours (8am-7pm, closed from 1230-130 for lunch) today and tomorrow, and will resume regular business hours Saturday, July 5th.

Due to the snow melting now and creating a great hazard for ice and slick roadways when it gets dark, we have made the decision to close early today for the safety of our staff, clients, and patients. We will close at 5:30pm today.
We plan to reopen as usual at 8am tomorrow.

Due to the snow storm and MD Governor declaring a state of emergency, for the safety of our staff, clients, and patients we have made the decision to close today. We hope to reopen normally tomorrow, but please call ahead to ensure normal operation status before heading to the clinic.
